Nuts & Seeds: Pistachio, pine nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts & pumpkin seeds

Vegan nut butter Dates butter & virgin coconut oil

Fruits: Strawberries, blueberries, banana & orange

Date syrup

Dried rose petals.

Recipe Direction

Best to have it in the morning for a healthy fulfilling meal.

Step 1 Mix the nuts & seeds in a tray

Step 2 Roast in an oven at 180°C for 3 to 4 minutes

Step 3 Empty 2 sachets of Shistaka Rose Blossoms tea

Step 4 Mix well with the nuts & seeds. Heat a pan on low flame

Step 5 Add 1 tablespoon of vegan nut butter or dates butter & virgin coconut oil

Step 6 Mix it well to form a paste. Mix the dry fruits & seeds with the butter paste

Step 7 Empty it in a smoothie bowl & top it with your favourite fresh seasonal fruits strawberries, blueberries, banana & orange.

Step 8 Top it with a date syrup for natural sweetness.

Step 9 Garnish it with dried rose petals.
